Great News from one of our club coaches, Kev:
"I plan to start our pre season fitness sessions on Monday 2 August, from 7-8:30pm at Westgate. The sessions will run every Monday up to and including 13 September.
It will be a similar format to last year, i.e. hockey specific fitness until 8 then various games to finish (football, softball, touch rugby etc).
I've contacted Westgate who have confirmed that the pitch is booked by our mens team and that it would be £2.80 per person, pay at the till on the way in.
I hope to see a few people there, bring fluids (not alcohol though unless it is for me!)."
Training will restart on Wednesday 11th August 2010 and will be led by our Level 3 coach Sarah Williams. Please note the new times below.
