Club Player Registration Form

 
All players wishing to play hockey for NHC in the 2011 - 12 season need to complete the Club Membership Application form. You can do this online or alternatively download the paper version from the downloads area. If you are under 18 years of age then please ask your parent or guardian to also sign the Parental Consent Form available in the downloads area.

Payment

 
Yearly subscription fees for 2010/11 season are:
 
£100.00 (Seniors)
 
£65.00 (Students/Juniors/Unemployed/Joining after Christmas)
 
All monies should be paid to Club Treasurer or to Team Captains or to Head of Junior Development - Megan. Cheques should be made payable to Newcastle Hockey Club. Standing orders/ direct debits need to be fully paid by end of December 2010. Full details will be emailed on receipt of this registration.
 








When will you pay your yearly hockey subscription? :: This is passed on to the finance team so they know what and when to expect payment.
 

Terms and Conditions

 
I agree that the information given above is correct at the point of entering it and should these details change I will alert the club to any alterations. I understand that there are subscription fees to be paid to the club as well as match fees if I play matches and I agree to ensure these are always paid on time. By agreeing to these terms and conditions I allow NHC to register my details with the relevant regional hockey leagues to allow me to play hockey for Newcastle Hockey Club.

Newsflash

Men's training takes place every week at Westgate on Mondays from 7pm until 830 pm.

Hugh, the men's captain is happy for any of the ladies players to attend any session. Throught the season some squads will be having additional sessions using some of the pitch space, captains will be letting players know.

I have also been asked by Hugh to canvass any ladies players that may want to play for the men's league team on weekends as their league allows females to play. If you want to help support the mens section and get to know some of the players this is the perfect opportunity!
